At My Property Solvers, our team transforms complex properties and multi-residence portfolios into beautifully functioning, expertly managed homes. Led by founder Bella Marie, a seasoned Director of Residences and Estate, Construction, and Project Manager with more than twenty years of experience. We bring clarity, structure, and high-level coordination to every estate we support.
Bella has worked from Atlanta to Aspen and Manhattan to Miami, building and guiding the kind of teams that keep exceptional homes running quietly and flawlessly. Her early years on horse farms in Upstate New York taught her precision, timing, and teamwork, principles that shape our team’s approach today.
After college in California and two decades rooted in Georgia, Bella earned a national reputation for managing multimillion-dollar renovations, staffing complex estates, overseeing family office operations, and turning blueprints into reality. That experience now drives our team as we support homeowners, developers, agencies, and family offices across the country.
